can't customize weapon - Guild Wars Forums

Found gold item in chest (spear for paragon), went to weaponsmith to get it customize, but the button is darkened and I can't click it. What gives?

edit: I found the spear with one of my other characters, and put it in the chest for my paragon character. I equipped it on my paragon, but can't customize it. Yes I already have gold.

Forgot gold, I have done this many times before

I was able to customize it. Yes i already had the gold. perhaps it was a log off/log on thing
